Our Thorold Team

Eric Haslam is a Registered Kinesiologist who was born and raised in St. Catharines and has called it home his entire life. He did all his schooling in St. Catharines as well, from grade school to his Bachelor degree in Kinesiology at Brock University.

Eric has a variety of work experience that has allowed him to become a well-rounded professional in the field of rehabilitation and sports science, including several hundred hours of volunteering at facilities that specialize in senior fitness, spinal cord injuries, MS and other chronic diseases. He has worked in both physiotherapy and chiropractic offices that have given him great perspective on different philosophies and modalities for treatment.

Eric is hopeful to bring all of this experience and more to the patients of Fortius Physiotherapy and enhance the already great experience received with the Fortius team. When he’s not working hard, he enjoys time with family, friends and the great outdoors.

Holli Bernard is an Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant. She graduated from the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant program at Niagara college in 2023. She has been continuously learning and growing her skill set through various hands on placements in different settings.

Holli is passionate about helping patients reach their goals and watching them improve! In her free time Holli enjoys playing a variety of sports including softball and volleyball, going to the gym, and spending time with her family and friends.
